The Bike Miami Days Team is excited to share the news: Bike Miami Days returns in 2009 with an extended route, additional programming and new locations for you to explore the city in a new way! On Sunday, January 18th, Bike Miami Day will feature an additional bike clinic with classes, bike rentals, limited vendor opportunities for local businesses, tours of the City of Miami Police Horse Stable, a Rally on the Riverfront at Lummus Landing and more – to be announced here!
An additional bike valet and free bicyle rentals will be sponsored by La Epoca Department Store and Bike & Roll: Miami, but we will need additional volunteers to ensure these services can be provided all day. The tentative dates for Bike Miami Days 2009 include February 8, March 8, April 26 and May 17. We are hoping to bring the event to Little Havana, Wynwood, MiMo, Coconut Grove and other neighborhoods, too! Please contact us with your ideas and suggestions.
