On July 21, Eos continues its monthly Winemakers Dinner series with Caymus Vineyards. Guests will enjoy a delicious reception and multi-course dinner paired with five wines from the Wagner family vineyards, recognized for producing high-quality Cabernet Sauvignons. Featured wines including the Belle Glos Pinot Noir 2007 and the Caymus Napa Valley 2006 are ideal compliments to Chef Michael Psilakis’ signature dishes – grilled quail with kumquats, rosemary and mustard greens, and the cabernet braised short ribs among others.
