Join Famed Local Sommelier and Wine Enthusiast Richard DiGiacomo for an Exclusive Four Course Wine Dinner at Cacao Restaurant, 141 Giralda at 7:30pm next Thursday. The menu will feature a delicious Tangerine Corvina Ceviche accompanied by a glass of San Rafael Reserva Sauvignon Blanc Valle del Maule 2008, followed by Andean Chicken Anticuchos with Paprika and Botija Olives served with a glass of San Rafael Reserva Merlot Valle del Maule 2008. The main course will boast a Sizzling Grilled Rib Eye with Black Truffle Oil Mashed Potatoes with San Rafael Private Reserve Beurre Rouge Sauce paired with a glass of San Rafael Private Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon Valle de Colchagua 2007, and for desert “El Rey” Dark Chocolates and Coffee Mousse served along with a glass of San Rafael Private Reserve Syrah Valle de Colchagua 2007.
