Eos at Viceroy is launching a new weekday menu for a no-fuss power lunch experience. Offering a three-course meal with endless wine, free Wi-Fi and complimentary valet for just $25, Eos is catering to business execs that want to impress without breaking the bank. Michelin-starred Chef Michael Psilakis and Restaurateur Donatella Arpaia crafted a selection of Mediterranean-inspired small plates such as red snapper ceviche, roasted salmon, and essencia of chocolate – and those without an office to return to an really take advantage of the unlimited Boutari wine. Noting the fast pace of Miami’s top wheeler-dealers, the staff will have the valet called as the check is delivered.
