Also on September 17, Eos continues its monthly wine dinner series with specially selected wines from the Rioja Alta region. Guests will enjoy a delicious reception and multi-course dinner paired with a variety of wines from the Spanish government’s Vibrant Rioja consortium and Crown Wine & Spirits. Notable winemakers David Sampedro and Rafael Momeñe will be on hand to showcase the tradition and innovation of Rioja wines in depth. Featured wines including the Brozal Blanco 2008 and the Phideas 2007 are ideal compliments to Chef Michael Psilakis’ signature dishes – smoked octopus with smoked skordalia, and the duck and spiny lobster paella among others.
