Red: the color of passion and power. Join us at Piola Brickell, a retro feel with a modern twist. During the evening a celebration and awarding of the Italian teams, participating in the Bi-National Soccer Tournament that takes place on Nov 14 at the All Star Indoor Soccer in Doral.

INTERACTIVE PIZZA 101 @ Piola Brickell

From 6 to 7 PM, before we begin our Aperitivo Italiano (7-9 PM), we invite you to learn how to make a real Italian pizza with one of Piola’s master pizza makers! They will teach you all the tricks you need to know to make a superb pizza, while you make it with them right then and there. As a final reward for your efforts, you will get to eat the pizza you made during the class and share it with your friends!!
Furthermore, Piola wants to offer you the very special opportunity to CREATE YOUR OWN PIZZA: submit the recipe for the pizza you would like to make to piolabrickell@piola.it or call Angelo Angiollieri @ 305-374-0031 and they will make sure to get all of the ingredients needed to make your pizza the day of the Aperitivo!!
