On the occasion of Christmas and New Year, eat, drink and sing together!
Students, teachers, members and friends of the Alliance Française, but also fans, lovers, benefactors, friends, girlfriends and cousins, relatives, partners and relationships, allies, lovers, fathers, mothers and children, friends and comrades, brothers, sisters and pals …… you are all expected!
The program for this evening:
A big chocolate-pastry Chef, Georges Berger (Chocolate Fashion), will demonstrate Croquembouche and we will share his passion for chocolate and pastry.
You will also have the opportunity to discover the chocolates, sweets, desserts and cakes of Chocolate Fashion (Coral Gables) and you can buy for Christmas.
The evening will continue, hosted by Tangi Colombel, with music and song while sipping the sweet dishes / salty cakes prepared by George Berger accompanied by wine (sold on site).
A great night for the pleasures of chocolate and sweet encounters ending by devouring the Croquembouche.

A l’occasion des fêtes de fin d’année, mangeons, buvons et chantons tous ensemble !
Elèves, professeurs, membres et amis de l’Alliance Française, mais aussi adeptes, amateurs, amoureux, bienfaiteurs, copains, copines et cousins, familiers, partenaires et relations, alliés, amoureux, papas, mamans et les enfants, camarades et compagnons, frères, soeurs et potes…… vous êtes tous attendus !
Au programme de cette soirée:
Un grand chef chocolatier-pâtissier, Georges Berger (Chocolate Fashion), fera une démonstration de croquembouche et nous fera partager sa passion du chocolat et de la pâtisserie.
Vous aurez aussi l’occasion de découvrir les chocolats, mignardises, entremets et gâteaux de Chocolate Fashion (Coral Gables) et de faire vos provisions pour Noël.
La soirée se poursuivra, avec Tangi Colombel, en musique et chansons en dégustant les préparations sucrées/salées préparées par Georges Berger accompagnées de vin (en vente sur place).
Une grande soirée pour des plaisirs au chocolat et des rencontres sucrées qui se terminera en dévorant le croquembouche de M. Berger.
