Miami Beach celebrates Women’s Vote turns 90! with a walk down Lincoln road on Thursday, August 26, 2010.  We celebrated Women’s Equality Day with Commissioner Deede Weithorn, with a suffragette style march down Lincoln Road, followed by a reception in the Lincoln Plaza. “Women’s Equality Day†Campaign. It marks the 90th anniversary of the ratification of the 19th Amendment, which granted women the right to vote in August 1920.
