Slated to take place on September 16th at the stylish showroom of MiaCucina in Coral Gables, the Grand Finale event will have all of the characteristics of an authentic Italian Food & Wine Festival and it will run from 7:00 to 9:00 PM.
While walking through the showroom, guests will have the opportunity to sample different wines, liqueurs, fine food delicacies and mingle with cooking show supporters. Furthermore, special guests such as Vito Volpe from Mozzarita, Massimo Tundo and Elisabetta Callegaro from Tortellinio & Co., Aperol and Cinzano’s bartenders will show those present all of the secrets of making mozzarella, home-made pasta, and some very typical and authentic Italian Cocktails. We also welcome Subzero and Wolf’s Corporate Chef, Will Ratley, who will teach, make and serve our guests fabulous dishes selected from the most authentic traditional Italian cuisine, engaging the audience in an interactive, informal and entertaining cooking class.
