8:00am to Noon: The morning will feature a CrossFit competition sponsored by CrossFit 305.
Noon to 4:00pm: The family fun begins with ten field & track competitions for both the individual and the family.
There will be carnival games, prizes, food, and rides.
Cost: Family Fun: Adults: $25 / Children: $12 (ages 5 and up) for the first 2 children and any additional children are free of charge. ‘CrossFit’ morning competition is $50 per adult (adults only for crossfit) For more information or to register please call 305-753-3190 or www.seefit.org .
The First Annual SeeFit Family Fitness & Fun Day will take place on November 7th, 2010 at Flamingo Park Track & Field in Miami Beach, Florida. SeeFit offers something for everyone – from the more advanced athlete to the occasional weekend warrior! Participants can compete as an individual or a family team in fun but challenging events ranging from an obstacle course to pop-a-shot. Winners in the individual competitions will take home medals and the family team winners will take home the coveted SeeFit Fittest Family Trophy! Enjoy a day of good food, carnival games, and fun activities with family and friends. All proceeds from this great event will benefit research for the blind and visually impaired through The Vision For Tomorrow Foundation.
