Dranoff’s November 4th Concert
A Musical Kaleidoscope In The Design District

On November 4, 2010, at 7:30PM, the Dranoff International Two Piano Foundation presents a contemporary program that will take place for the very first time in the Atrium at 4141 NE 2nd Avenue, in Miami’s Design District.
The program will feature the 2 piano playing of internationally renowned Duo Seo & Kato, winners of the prestigious Dranoff International Competition held in Miami.
Performing in concert with the Bergonzi String Quartet, the collaboration will present an adventure into the sound worlds of contemporary composers.
On the program is the music of postmodern Bernd Zimmerman, the romance of Maurice Ravel, beloved Leonard Bernstein, transcendent Arvo Part and the ensemble premiere
of award winning film composer Jerome Moross.
Post-concert, Fratelli Lyon in the heart of the Design District hosts a VIP reception with the artists.
The Dranoff International Two Piano Foundation is dedicated to the presentation of Two Piano music and its outstanding artists to the audiences of the world. Foundation programs develop audiences and appreciation for this unique art form through education, performance, and the commission of new Two Piano compositions by world renowned composers, including Morton Gould, John Corigliano, William Bolcom, Ned Rorem, Michel Legrand and Sir Richard Rodney Bennett. www.dranoff2piano.org
