The redesign of the upstairs room at Electric Pickle has been a gradual process. Patrons of Electric Pickle have been privy to watching it unfold week by week… however there are a few big surprises yet to be revealed.

The El Bolero is the bastard love child of The Electric Pickle, in association with Mark Alan Diaz of MAD Design Group. Enter thru the side door and up the staircase to a whole new world… where old Miami meets, Chicago speakeasy, meets 1940’s officers club… fast forward 2011, all mixed up in wicked cocktail and shaken!

A collaborative effort and design by , along with owners William Renuart and Tomas Ceddia.William Renuart’s goal was to create a throwback/tribute to The El Bolero a nightclub his parents frequented in the 1950’s.

Complimentary cocktails will be served from 10pm -12am and there will be a live performance by local psychobilly swing act Viva La Vox as well as performances throughout the night by world-class djs from NYC, Spain and the UK.
