Discover the nuances of these varietals and their regional influences through an in-depth conversation with our Sommelier in an intimate, personalized setting with a limited number of reservations available each night. A culinary presentation to seduce and tantalize taste buds begins with a champagne toast followed by gourmet selections including Ahi Tuna Tartar, Zuppa di Pesce with Taylor Bay Scallops, Langoustines, and Lump Blue Crab submersed in a light tomato and white wine broth. A la carte offerings also available with the Chef’s special to include the Blue Point Oysters for the aphrodisiacs. Sultry live music sets the mood. $65 per person, plus tax and gratuity.

150 minutes, $350
Melt away cares with a 50-minute Tension Relief massage, followed by a relaxing Hydrotherapy Pearl and Rose bath using essential botanical oils to moisturize and soften the skin. As you relax in the sunken tub, a dedicated therapist serves chocolate-covered strawberries and a cranberry-hibiscus “Spa-tini†for total pampering. The transformation is complete with an organic skin renewal facial from the Eminence Rose collection that cleanses, hydrates and reveals younger, brighter-looking skin.
