Thursday, Feb 24 through Saturday, Feb 26, watch Chef de Cuisine & Burger Bash Chef Josh Becker grill outdoors & oceanfront at the DiLido Beach Club preparing daily specials: FOIE GRAS TORCHON BURGER featured at Burger Bash on the 24th, pork two-ways (Feb 25) and an all-you-can-eat chilled seafood display (Feb 26). Pair it with refreshing Watermelon Sangria and catch a glimpse of your favorite Food Network stars through enormous high tech telescopes (usually reserved for Full Moon parties at the DiLido Beach Club) to get a birds-eye view of what’s going on in the oceanfront tents.
