Conversation and Tasting with Hedy Goldsmith, Executive Pastry Chef Michael’s Genuine Food and Drink
Goldsmith combines simple and straightforward flavors, often blurring the line between savory and sweet, and draws from a rich assortment of local fruits and herbs. At Locust Projects, she will prepare local basil panna cotta with a strawberry consommé, fresh berries and candied kumquats, along with anise almond biscotti.
