Broward SCORE will treat small business owners in South Florida to a day of speed coaching and business workshops at 101 Surefire Ideas to Improve Your Business on Saturday, April 30 at the Alvin Sherman Library at Nova Southeastern University, 3100 Ray Ferrero, Jr. Blvd., in Davie.

The free, half-day event is open to the public and will feature a keynote address by U.S. Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz (D-Florida) on the importance of small businesses in today’s economy. Broward SCORE’s mentors will hold several speed coaching sessions, offering advice and guidance to help businesses prosper.

Broward SCORE’s volunteer mentors will also give 10 30-minute workshops and 101 tips to help businesses thrive in today’s economy. The workshops are as follows:
