Conrad Miami extends celebration of ‘Earth Day’ with a Farm to Table menu at Atrio Restaurant for the week of April 18-22, 2011. The entire menu is prepared with organic, farm raised and self sustained farming products using the minimum amount of energy. The menu features a global cuisine inspired from the seven continents.
Soak in stunning city views from the 25th floor Atrio Restaurant & Wine Room while savoring a five-course sampling plate that includes a European mushroom and goat cheese bisque, cappuccino-style, an Asian spring roll with shiso and mirin sweet chili sauce; South American tacachos with pulled pork and sofrito; and a North American rock shrimp and remoulade slider on an artisan pumpernickel bun. An African fruit smoothie completes the experience.

In keeping with Conrad’s commitment to respecting the environment, Atrio’s special menu follows the hotel’s recognition of Earth Hour 2011 on March 26 when the main building’s exterior lighting and rooftop neon signage was switched off and interior lights in the lobby and reception area were dimmed. In January, the hotel installed a new energy-efficient sign on the north side of the landmark building.
