Slow Food Miami invites you to a screening of the acclaimed documentary, ‘Vanishing of the Bees’ at the Coral Gables Art Cinema. The film chronicles the phenomenon of honeybee colony collapse and two beekeepers’ struggle to protect their beloved insects. Following the screening will be a Q+A with Director, Maryam Henein. Complimentary champagne will be served and Slow Food snacks from local growers and chefs will be available for purchase. Proceeds from the event will support the building of local community and school gardens.
