of P90X®, INSANITY®, and TurboFire®. All you need to do is bring your water bottle a towel and get ready to make new friends saturday march 12th and every saturday after! All fit levels welcome from beginner to advanced. You modify and follow along at your own pace.
Our workouts are always cardio based and all fitness levels are welcomed any workout is easily modified. There is no equipment involved and we will be using a projector with a big screen and a DVD player to showcase the workout. We’ll show you how you can workout using any Beachbody workout DVD system from the comfort of your own home. No gym memberships, it’s as easy as putting your dvd on and pressing play. We’re here to get you motivated and stop making excuses. We’re all in this together and we all live busy lives. Being a part of our team will keep you accountable of your own fitness goal.
