Invited guest gathered to celebrate the Grand Opening of the Artefacto Design House 2011. Marking the debut of Miami’s first branded design showcase, the Artefacto Design House ’11 opened on July 21. Featuring 11 top international designers, hailing from Brazil to Sweden, Artefacto brought worldwide talent into its Coral Gables showroom for the most stylish and innovative design compositions. To inspire decorator souls for the next 11 months, the 11 designers from nine Miami-based studios created vignettes of living rooms, bedrooms and outdoor living spaces, utilizing pieces from the Artefacto and Passport Collections.

The designers were Roger F. Zwickel, R Design Studio Inc.; Mirtha Arriaran, MAS Interior Design; Cristina Souza and Monica Souza, Avant Design Group; Marisol Pinto, Deep Design Solutions; Daniela Pimenta and Luciana Fragali, Contemporary Design Group; Sofia Joelsson, Sojo Design; Briggs Solomon, Briggs Edward Design; Nick Luaces, Nick Luaces Design Associates; Stanley Matz, Majestic Gardens
