Sample a range of diverse culinary creations, cast a vote for your favorite entree, experience the art of food preparation by local chefs as they compete for the big prize, enjoy colorful displays of arts and crafts while shopping for a unique holiday gift and be entertained by music and dance artists from Spain, South/Central America and Caribbean Countries. This is a one-of-a-kind festival celebrating all Latin cultures in one extraordinary setting. If you hunger for more, you can purchase a special ticket for a seat in the Banyan Bowl where famed Fania All Star, Chino Nunez and his Orchestra will perform an evening concert “In the Spirit of Salsa”.
