The Colombian American Chamber of Commerce is currently organizing Miami DeGusta, an international gastronomic festival which brings together the most select chefs and restaurants in Miami.

The festival will present the best restaurants, chefs, and food, beverage and catering industries which will organize a series of culinary events that will offer visitors a unique dining experience.

During the festival, dishes from the participants will be presented in a Great Gastronomic Gala. At the same time, in the liquor area, guest will be able to sample and enjoy the most renowned wine brands from around the world.

During the conclusion of the gala, awards for the different categories in the festival will be presented to the participants. The categories will be judged by a jury of five (5) people with expertise in the gastronomic industry. The event will take place September 28 at Hyatt Coral Gables. In an atmosphere of colors, flavors and smells that evoke the essence and diversity of Miami.
