Time Lines: Reinier Gamboa’s first and last solo exhibition at FAS

Cuban-born, Miami-based artist Reinier Gamboa’s first drawing was of an ambulance and a Sun at the age of two. In 2011, Drawing upon the immediacy of an ambulance on fire, Time Lines showcases a rare view at previously un-exhibited work focusing on the artist’s passion for drawing.

Reinier Gamboa graduated from New World School of the Arts in 2002 and won a full scholarship to attend Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, California. In 2008 he began exhibiting in Miami and has remained an active member of the local South Florida art scene.

This exhibition will be held at Flagler Arts Space, an artist-run gallery in downtown Miami which will close at the end of October.
