Inaugural Burgerliscious Festival Satisfies in the Gables

Savor the flavor and take a bite out of the inaugural Burgerliscious festival. Bonafide burger aficionados will be able to sink their teeth into gourmet burgers made by more than twenty of Coral Gables’ premier restaurants. The festival will also kickoff Miami Live Music Month (www.livemiamimusic.com) with energetic entertainment presented by The Stage.

Presented by the Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce and Sam Adams, and in partnership with the Greater Miami Convention & Visitors and benefiting the Coral Gables Community Foundation, Burgerliscious is the premiere event for burger lovers and aficionados for the city’s best restaurants, drinks, live music and entertainment.

“Burgerliscious was created to remind everyone that food can be both flavorful and fun – as well as a reason to gather as a community,” said Mark A. Trowbridge, President and CEO of The Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce. “Our burger festival is designed to position Coral Gables as a foodie mecca, no matter your style, budget, or gastronomic cravings. It is about more than meat; it is about the experience.”

Burger packages are offered at two levels of pricing. Attendees can either purchase the $25 package that includes 3 “sliders” and 2 Sam Adams Beers or the $50 package that includes 3 “sliders”, 2 Sam Adams Beers and access to the VIP Lounge, presented by Brown-Forman Beverages. Live music from DJ Mayner, Fusik and ArtOfficial is presented by The Stage and the event launches Miami Live Music Month, a premier program of the Greater Miami Convention and Visitors Bureau (www.livemiamimusic.com).

The Burgerliscious festival is also presented by MIAMI Magazine and Fiji Waters. Proceeds will benefit the Coral Gables Community Foundation and help generate dollars for a fund that will in turn support small business.
