“CHERISHED YOUTH.†A PHOTOGRAPHY-BASED SHOW BY DAVID GARY A Premier Exhibition of David Gary’s Newest Series.
Mosa House Gallery is pleased to present Cherished Youth, a solo exhibition by David Gary. The opening reception will be on Novem- ber 12, from 7-11 pm, during Wynwood Arts District Second Saturday Art Walk. The exhibition will only be on view to the public for the opening reception, then will be by appointment only. The gallery is located at 2242 NW 1st Place, Miami, FL 33127.
David Gary’s Cherished Youth is a series of autobiographical works that seek to explore the sociological effects of contemporary culture on today’s youth. Using a seven year old girl as the protagonist in storybook-like im- agery, Gary expresses the inevitable persuasions and gimmicks that are imposed on children.
