Santa Sets-Up Winter Wonderland Shop at Coral Square Mall to Usher in the Magical Holiday Season

Santa Claus is setting up his Winter Wonderland Shop at Coral Square Mall early to usher in the magical holiday season. The Simon Kidgits Club will welcome Santa as he sleighs in to South Florida perched atop Coral Springs Fire Department’s shiny red fire truck accompanied by the Coral Springs Police Department motorcade. A Candy Cane Parade will immediately follow featuring the Coral Springs Professional Firefighters Pipes and Drums Band.
Radio Disney will be on-hand to warm-up Santa’s Winter Wonderland with additional games and prizes. Kids will have the opportunity to write a letter to Santa and make magic reindeer food to carry home in a special holiday tin. Holiday photo opportunities will be available with Santa through December 24.
This season, Simon Kidgits Club has joined forces with the American Red Cross who is encouraging families to send heartfelt messages of thanks to service members, their relatives and veterans. Through the Holiday Mail for Heroes program, kids can participate in card-making activities between November 1 and December 11, and Simon mall personnel will take care of the mailing.
Moreover, everyone will have the chance to enter to win prizes and a $1,000 shopping spree (text KIDS to 74666). Simon Kidgits Club members will also receive a variety of holiday goodies, including access to exclusive discounts and scheduled activities. Simon Kidgits events are FREE to members. Parents can register their child to become a Simon Kidgits Club member at www.simon.com/kidgits, at the Guest Services booth or at the event. With the $5 annual fee, kids will receive a free T-shirt, a membership card, and access to all of the Kidgits Club special events throughout the year.
