Furniture Designer/Manufacturer Herman Miller Brings Together Local Architecture and Interior Design Firms To Present Craft Ideas for Children
Boys & Girls Clubs of Miami-Dade, furniture designer/manufacturer Herman Miller, and nine local architecture and interior design firms are uniting to bring the “We Care†celebration to 200 children of Boys & Girls Clubs of Miami-Dade. The annual event is a national initiative which includes a variety of craft stations where children create holiday gifts for family and friends. Volunteers from participating architectural and interior design firms will be on hand to help share theirartistic vision and holiday spirit with the children.
In addition to arts and crafts, the “We Care†celebration will include entertainment, snacks and a special visit from Santa Claus.
Now celebrating its 15th year, “We Care†takes place in 25 cities in the U.S. and Canada. This is the second year that Herman Miller has held the event at Boys & Girls Clubs of Miami-Dade.
Participating local architecture and interior design firms include: AECOM, Gensler, G3 Architects, Miami Dade Aviation, Miami Dade GSA, MC Harry Associates, MGE Architects, Perkins and Will and TSAO Design Group.
