On December 31 2011, Nikki Beach Miami invites you to board The Grand Voyage, South Beach’s most glamorous New Year’s eve soirée. Prepare for a global event as the Mega Yacht-themed evening transports guests to all the exotic locations of Nikki Beach, celebrating famed venues such as St. Tropez, Marbella, Koh Samui, St. Barths, and Marrakech. This lavish affair will feature delicious haute cuisine designed uniquely by Chef Gerry Gnassi, thrilling live entertainment including a private fireworks display and an exciting New York-style ball drop at midnight in Miami.
In true Nikki style, the evening will feature fabulous entertainment with outrageous live performances; throbbing beats spun by the best international DJ’s, delicious signature Nikki Beach cocktails and the sexiest jet-set crowd. Guests will have several choices of how they want to celebrate, from different levels of VIP bottle service to a gastronomic delight starring such stellar dishes as sugar cane foie gras, heart of palm and asparagus salad, miso marinated sea bass, duck confit and center cut filets.
