Bal Harbour Art Nights….Where fashion LOVES art

Second Art Night of the Season.
Art & Design forged a potent alliance in the fashion capital of Bal Harbour. That visual synergy created by top brands, South Florida based artists, local galleries and museums happened last season at Bal Harbour Art Nights.

Bal Harbour Village, Bal Harbour Shops, The St. Regis and Art Nexus will host this collector worthy evening for the 2011-12 season.

Bal Harbour’s intention is to please the eyes and inspire the mind by creating a platform that celebrates the relationship between fashion and art. Also to embrace the high level art components present in South Florida through Museum presentations, Miami based artist installations, and innovative chats.

Activations to include:
-Bal Harbour Chat Series – 6pm at Neiman Marcus, 2nd level
Art Basel Miami Beach, The First 10 Years
with Stefanie Reed, VIP Relations for Art Basel Miami Beach
and Silvia Karman Cubiñá, Executive Director Bass Museum Of Art
-Stella McCartney, Bal Harbour celebrates the opening of their new boutique with an installation by famed British Artist David Batchelor “Light Box” in conjunction with Bal Harbour Magazine
-Seth Browarnik captures the “Art of Night” in his Fashion Edition for Bal Harbour Shops, Center Courtyard
-Valentino boutique presents work from Sandro Chia, Valerio Adami, Mira Schendel, Sergio Camargo and Lygia Clark courtesy of Arevalo Gallery, benefiting the ArtNexus Foundation
-Opera Gallery presents work from Fernando Botero and Gérard Rancinan
-Segafredo Bal Harbour displays the vibrant work of Pablo Contrisciani
-Discover the work of emerging young artist Lorena Lopez at Books & Books
