Wood Tavern will kick off its cocktail programming with four days of Happy Hour promotions starting this Wednesday February 1st, 2012. Happy hour will take place every Wednesday through Saturday.

Not to be missed, Miami’s favorite acoustic duo, Raffa & Rainer will be play an acoustic show this Friday February 3rd to kick off everyone’s favorite day of the week to unwind. The show will start at 8:00pm.

Happy hour drink promotions include 30% off all drinks, $3.00 Pilsner and $4. for Moonshine’s Shine Punch.

Located in the heart of Wynwood, across from the Wynwood Walls, this cozy and intimate 80 person tavern features a full bar and a collection of old fashioned cocktails including Rob Roy and draft beers such as Dogfish and Holy Mackerel priced at $6.00.

Wood Tavern is Wynwood’s newest bar to join the block. Developed by entrepreneur, Cesar Morales, as a spot, that was needed for a clientele that appreciated the Wynwood Arts District, good service, affordable drinks and a cool atmosphere reminiscent of a speakeasy you would stumble upon in Chicago or New York.

The music direction would make any American legend like Steve Mcqueen, Dennis Hopper and Ross Meyer proud from vintage tunes to modern selections including Radiohead, Feist, The Sonics, Pulp, The Beatles, James Brown and Nancy Sinatra.
