For Valentine’s Day, SAIA is partnering with Hanahouhoushu Sparkling Pink Sake to create the ultimate dining experience for lovers. The dinner begins with Salmon & Hamachi Miso and Ginger Chicken Soup from the famed Chef Subin. Then dinners will enjoy a delicious Oyster Salad SAIA’s version of the classic “Surf and Turf†with Togarashi Steak & Tuna. Cap off the amazing meal with the Strawberry Fruit Salad featuring fresh strawberries with ginger melon sauce & coconut sorbet in crispy wonton shell mint granite.
