Erin Mia Milchman is a seasoned business and philanthropic entrepreneur who creates, promotes and organizes events and projects for several organizations in the public and private sector. Among some of the most notable events that she’s created and underwritten is “Think Pinkâ„¢,†an event to benefit The Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation where she organized, promoted and choreographed a luncheon, fashion show and silent auction that culminated as an annual sold out event attended by the affluent community of the City of Weston, Florida-raising more than $10,000 in its first year.
Ms. Milchman was one of the founding sponsors of the Y.M.C.A. in Weston, FL and has served on numerous boards and steering committees of Charities and Organizations with a focus on women and children. Other affiliations include: Women in Distress, Kids in Distress, The March of Dimes, The Leukemia/Lymphoma Society, Cystic Fibrosis, Operation Smile and The Humane Society’s Pet-Set. Erin has been both a Rotary Club Member as well as a member of The Chamber of Commerce.
Having a twenty-year background in fashion, Erin is a noted and respected expert stylist and carries a long list of celebrity clients. She has been featured in publications such as Ocean Drive Magazine and Las Olas magazine as well as received numerous awards for her talent. Seen on WSVN Channel 7’s Deco Drive, Fashion Forward, NBC’s South Florida Today, The Rick Sanchez show and most recently, The Juice on Miami’s own Plum TV. Erin is a published fashion writer and skilled runway show choreographer as well as experienced event planner and host.
Event Planning and publicity being one of her strongest talents, Ms. Milchman is a principal of Haute in the City Events & Promotions, which plans and executes numerous nightlife events in both Fort Lauderdale and Miami Beach with a focus on fashion, art and cuisine.
Together with her partner, Kimberlee Etheridge, Erin also maintains an active public relations business with an emphasis on social media marketing & strategy. Their clients include artist, Attila Lakatoush, designer, Ritchie Swimwear, Film & photography studios, Studione1, Primp Salon South Beach, Dr. Robert Stanton, DMD, and Dr. Jason Shapiro M.D and many more.
