This project was designed to explore the role of hands in all things human. Whether it be an extension of our emotional senses or the more mundane use of hands in the practical chores of everyday life. Themes quickly emerged: hands in acts of spirituality and rituals, hands in the care of the young and the elderly, hands in acts of aggression, hands passive, hands creative, hands in acts of sexuality, rituals, & creativity.
