Momentum Dance Company Performs: A Fable From India The Tiger And The Brahmin Program III in the 2012 Children’s Library Series

The Brahmin is a kindly holy man, wise in religious teachings, but not in the ways of the world. The clever Jackal helps him learn a lesson by saving him from the voracious Tiger! Along the way they meet the Elephant, the Peeopo Tree and the Water Buffalo, each with a story to tell.

Bollywood choreography by Guest Choreographer Geeta Dias, a native of Mumbai. Specialized masks by Momentum costume designer Marilyn Skow. Exquisite colorful costumes from India!
