Friday night kicks-off the festivities with two unique events, the VIP Dinner Under-The-Stars; 7PM to 10 PM, which is an intimate 4 course wine and food pairing dinner with your own personal chef and wine sommelier, and the Grand Tasting Launch Party; 7:30 PM to 10 PM, with gourmet food tastings, wine and spirits, with live entertainment to dance the night away. Then, Saturday begins with the Jazz Blues Brunch from 10 AM to Noon, with plenty of Bloody Mary’s & mimosas and that evening, 50 chefs from the tri-county area converge upon Quiet Waters Park for the incredible Grand Tasting event; 6 PM to 10 PM.

Grand Tasting Launch Party Start the weekend festivities with great food samplings, wine, beer and spirits tastings and dance the night away with the Urban Gypsy Band.
Sat. April 28th, 10 AM – Noon
Jazz Blues Brunch Saturday morning join us for a good old fashion brunch with champaign, mimosa’s, Bloody Mary’s and a rocking Jazz Group to start your day.
Sat April 28th, 6 PM – 10 PM
Grand Tasting Join us for a fun food evening with over 90 tasting stations including 50 of the top south Florida chefs, Wine, Beer and Spirits from around the world, Live Cooking demonstrations in Kitchen Alley, shopping at the Retail Bazaar, outdoor Wine Sommelier Sensory Pavilion, and live entertainment.

1 Day VIP Dinner Under-The-Stars Intimate four-course Wine and Food Pairing under the stars with your personal chef and sommelier. Pick your flight from French, Mediterranean, Italian, or American (SOLD OUT). VIP guests also have FREE access to the Grand Tasting Launch Party.
