Moët Hennessy’s Ardbeg Whisky Auctioned Off Custom Orange County Choppers Motorcycle at South Beach Wine & Food Festival’s Q After Dark
Ardbeg, “The Ultimate Islay Malt,” partnered with custom motorcycle builders, Orange County ChoppersTM (famed for their show on TLC) to create distinctly crafted Ardbeg Choppers, one of which was auctioned off at the famed South Beach Wine & Food Festival to benefit Florida International University’s School of Hospitality.
The design for the “Gator Chopper” was inspired by Ardbeg’s Celtic heritage and expressions of Ardbeg whisky, the smokiest of all the Islay malts. The chopper just completed a tour of the U.S. on a mission to drive awareness of the respected spirit, and made it’s final stop at the festival.
The Ardbeg Gator Chopper was on display at Moët Hennessy’s The Q After Dark party following Bubble Q, which was open for patrons of The South Beach Wine & Food Festival to bid and is currently up to almost 20K.
