The historic Riverside hotel, the only hotel located on Las Olas Boulevard in Ft. Lauderdale, is serving up something Egg-stra Special this Easter. On Sunday, April 8th diners can whet their appetite with a delicious buffet at the hotel’s Grill Room and signature restaurant, Indigo, which will feature a carving station with Slow Roasted Leg of Lamb and Root Beer-Anise Glazed Ham, and entrees like Pan Seared Salmon served with a fennel cream sauce and Roasted Chicken Breast topped with a Florida tangerine Compote. Also on the menu are tasty concoctions such as a Bloody Mary, Mimosa, Peach Bellini, Huckleberry Lemonade, all $3 each. The Easter Day Buffet at the Riverside Hotel is from 11am-4pm and costs $39 per person and $15 for children under 12. A la carte service will also be available all day.
