As the summer heat descends upon South Florida, db Bistro Moderne Miami is offering a twist on the classic American burger and beer combination. Chef Daniel Boulud suggests one of his favorite pairings for his burger is a smooth glass of Bordeaux so from May 1st – July 30th, he invites diners to enjoy a complimentary glass of Bordeaux with any db Burger ordered at lunch or dinner. Guests may order the burger alone or indulge in the $35 prix-fixe menu featuring an appetizer and dessert.

For the French chef, it’s all about honoring this beloved American tradition, db-style. Credited with launching the gourmet burger movement, the db Burger filled with red wine braised short ribs and foie gras, with slow roasted tomato confit and freshly grated horse radish sauce on a homemade bun is the ultimate summer selection. This unique combination of the very best of French and American culinary culture would make even de Toqueville and Jefferson proud.
