The St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort & Residences will be hosting a special á la carte Brunch where the chef has created exclusive dishes (see below) and Dinner at J&G Grill as well as a Mother’s Day Afternoon Tea at the St. Regis Bar in the grand tradition of Caroline Astor’s storied gatherings of New York friends. J&G Grill rests above the hotel pool with floor to ceiling windows offering each guest a sprawling ocean view. Guests also have the option to dine outside on the lusciously landscaped patio. J&G Grill features the exquisite cuisine of internationally acclaimed chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten, a menu that combines his creativity and culinary flair exemplifying the Jean-Georges’ philosophy of blending Asian and French cuisine.

The regular brunch menu will be offered featuring signature J&G Grill menu items including the best-selling Black Truffle Pizza, Peekytoe Crab Cakes and their 24-hour marinated French Toast. The brunch menu is priced from $12-$30.
In addition, J&G Grill will also be offering three special Mother’s Day dishes:

· Lobster Egg Benedict, Tomato Salad, Roasted Potatoes, Caviar-$34

The bespoke tea will include a spectacular dessert display by Pastry Chef Antonio Bachour, one of the Top 10 Pastry Chefs in America, to include White Chocolate Panna Cotta Verrine, Dark Chocolate Verrine, Coconut Rice Pudding Verrine Pate de Fruit, Hazelnut Napoleon, Lemon Tea Cake, Profiteroles, assorted Shortbread cookies and Raspberry and White Chocolate Mini Entremets and much more, created in elaborate style. A beautiful presentation of scones & clotted cream and finger sandwiches will additionally be presented at each table along with a glass of Laurent Perrier Champagne per adult.
