Fundraiser for American Cancer Society Relay for Life of Brickell/Downtown

Miami’s very own Waxy O’Connors will host a fundraiser to benefit the American Cancer Society Relay for Life of Brickell/Downtown.

Miami residents are invited to join The American Cancer Society Relay for L ife of Brickell/Downtown and Waxy O’Connors on the river to help fight cancer one drink at a time.

Guests will be asked to donate $10 and will received one free drink coupon, $5 appetizers all night, and a raffle ticket. Proceeds will benefit The American Cancer Society.

“We are grateful for Waxy’s assistance and donation to our Relay. We are trying to reach our goal of $35,000 so e very dollar counts.” Said Silvana Massolo, American Cancer Society Relay for Life of Brickell/Downtown Committee Chair.

The Brickell/Downtown rela y was originally scheduled for April 21- 22 but was postponed due to the weather conditions. The new date is June 2- 3 and will take place at Miami Dade College Wolfson Campus.
