The historic Riverside hotel, the only hotel located on Las Olas Boulevard in Ft. Lauderdale, is serving up something extra special for mom’s on Sunday, May 13—a delicious buffet at the hotel’s signature restaurant, Indigo. The restaurant will offer an array of appetizing entrees, such as Oven Roasted Salmon served with a tomato-olive relish with an artichoke cream sauce and Cheese Tortellini with puttanesca sauce, as well as a carving station featuring Slow-Roasted Prime Rib and Brown-Sugar Basted Ham. Moms will also find tasty concoctions on the menu like Indigo’s Bloody Mary, Mimosa, Peach Bellini, and Huckleberry Lemonade, all $3 each. End mom’s culinary adventure with a scrumptious dessert. Because nothing says “I love you mom,” better than red velvet cupcakes, flourless chocolate cake, tiramisu and raspberry-lemon cream tarts. The Mother’s Day Buffet at the Riverside Hotel is from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. and costs $39 per person and $15 for children under 12. A la carte service will also be available.
