Keeping with tradition, Kitchen 305 hosts an all-you-can-eat Mother’s Day champagne brunch for $29.95 per person on Sunday, May 13th from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Enjoy a long meal with loved ones that starts with breakfast favorites including a fresh baked bread and pastry station, seasonal fruits, imported cheeses and a made-to-order omelet station.
A cold bar will feature fresh seafood, Scottish style smoked salmon, tilapia ceviche and assorted salads such as endive, walnut and goat cheese with pear. The carving station includes savory selects such as chimicharri smeared roasted prime rib and crown roasted pork with chestnut stuffing. For those who savor sweets, a Viennese dessert bar will showcase assorted cakes, cookies, brownies and mini tarts.
Guests will enjoy live music and free flowing champagne, bloody marys, mimosas and kir royales throughout the day.
