* learn about the new menu from Chef Christian Martin via looping videos (as he needs to be in the kitchen preparing the dishes)

Introducing Soyka’s Classic and New Dishes with Fashion and Music Live Performances

Soyka restaurant, located in the 55th Street Station and a staple on Biscayne Boulevard’s food scene since 1999, will unveil its newly updated menu boasting classic and new dishes during a special night Tuesday May 22nd, with fashion and music live performances and video presentations by Chef Christian Martin.
 
Menu prices apply but guests who make a reservation for Tuesday May 22nd between 6 and 9:30pm and attend the event will receive a $20 gift certificate that can be used during future visits. Appetizers range from $7 to $14, entrees from $8 to $32 with burgers and pizzas averaging $13.
  
“Timeless at Soyka” will showcase Soyka’s new menu designed to seamlessly keep its most popular dishes while adding contemporary choices. The menu presentation makes it easy for patrons to review the dishes under its two new categories. Soyka’s Classics, featured on the left of the new menu, such as the Tuna Tartare, Sesami Salmon and Turkey Meatballs will remain though they were thoroughly reviewed by Chef Christian Martin and Graspa’s Corporate Chef Alberto Marcato to ensure quality and use of the best possible ingredients. The New dishes, listed on the right side of the menu, include a Citrus Quinoa Salad, Maitardi’s beloved Seafood Lasagna, Kurobuta (a special Japanese breed) Pork Chops and the Sterling Silver Demonico, to name a few.
 
Patrons can expect a visual experience inside Soyka’s unique space with the addition of styled models embracing the timeless concept. Stylist Myrnelle Singh from Mirror Mirror Beauty Studio will be working with clothes from Touch Boutique. Live music performances will accompany the evening’s surprises and a specially produced series of videos will allow for Chef Christian Martin to share details about the new menu and dishes while still working behind the scene.
