In an effort to educate hotel and allied members on sustainability practices, the Greater Miami & The Beaches Hotel Association’s (GMBHA) Sustainable Hospitality Council will host a luncheon featuring “Sustainable Hospitality Advocate” Hervé Houdré, Regional Director and General Manager of InterContinental New York Barclay. Robert Hill, General Manager, InterContinental Miami, will join Mr. Houdré for a moderated session where he’ll discuss the Miami hotel’s green operations. This year the InterContinental Miami was named an “Environmental Quality Achievement Award” winner by the GMBHA.
