The Cheese Course, a European-style artisanal cheese shop and bistro, is ramping up for the official grand opening of its Pinecrest location with a two-day grand opening event on Friday, June 1, and Saturday, June 2. The event will feature complimentary tastings of ‘American Artisanal Cheeses’ on Friday from 6 to 9 p.m., followed by ‘Cheeses from Around the World’ on Saturday from 1 to 4 p.m.
Located in the Suniland Shopping Center at 11355 South Dixie Highway, The Cheese Course is conveniently situated in the heart of Pinecrest, providing neighborhood residents a new rustic haven to enjoy a selection of more than 150 imported cheeses along with a 40-item bistro menu featuring salads, sandwiches and cheese plates. Complete with a cheese and wine market, bistro and online store, The Cheese Course provides patrons with all the accompaniments, utensils and cookbooks needed to enjoy every cheese variety. Monthly classes are also available for guests to sample and learn about the store’s featured cheeses.
