Join Dine Magazine for happy hour at db Bistro Moderne, home to the famed Daniel Boulud. db Bistro Moderne offers an exciting mix of traditional French bistro cooking and contemporary American flavors brought together with the energy and style Daniel Boulud is known for. Add in a touch of Miami pizzazz, a contemporary dining room, a street level dining terrace with water views and you have the perfect setting for that sophisticated and seductive restaurant setting that you’ve been waiting for.
Cost for the event is $10 in advance or $15 at the door (if space is available). This includes one glass of wine sponsored by Ste. Michelle Wine Estates and a selection of complimentary hors d’oeuvres like: GOUGÈRES with Black Truffle Mornay; LEMON ARANCINI (crispy risotto balls with smoked paprika aioli); BLACK PEPPER GRISSINI wrapped with prosciutto; and SMOKED SALMON ROULADE (Daniel Boulud smoked salmon with herbed cream cheese and pumpernickel toast)
Happy hour prices will be offered until 8:00 pm and parking will be $5 (after validation). A special $35 3-course prix-fixe menu (a $72 value) will be offered for anyone who would like to stay after the event. This includes an appetizer, glass of Bordeaux, db burger and dessert. A live DJ will be there to entertain us until 8pm.
Please bring your business cards, as we’ll be raffling off a 3-course dinner for two with wine pairings.
