Tickets for the Miami One-Acts Festival are $10 and Happy Hour will commence 1 hour prior to curtain with beer for a $2.50 donation.

New Theatre (THE NEW) inaugurates its Miami 1-Acts Festival July 6 – 8, 2012 at its home at The Roxy Performing Arts Center. The festival will be an annual fundraiser inspired by part of New Theatre’s mission of producing â€new works that speak to and about a diverse contemporary audience.â€
The Miami 1-Acts Festival will help raise much needed funds to help New Theatre continue to produce plays that stimulate, provoke, challenge, and entertain our multicultural South Florida community and all artists: playwrights, directors, actors and support team, will volunteer their time and talent to make the kick off year of the festival a great success.
This year’s Miami 1-Festival includes 14 nationally and locally recognized playwrights and artists, presented in 2 programs (in no specific order):
