Main Event – The 4th Annual Independence Hot Dog Eating Competition at 5 p.m. Always a fun-filled competition the Hot Dog Eating contest will take place at 5 p.m. in the Courtyard! Last year’s winner ate 11 hot dogs in 10 minutes! Can you beat that?
