A Taste of Film at Yo Space onÂ Tuesday, July 31, 2012.Â What a great idea an event that combines local beer tasting with short films by local film makers.

Here is the list of short films, all of them were awesome:

-Sole Food (6:58)- David Yaffe
-EYESORE The Miami Campaign (8:52)- Frankie Coto
-Fuga (12:46)- Pablo Cervino
-With Me (8:40)- Fro Rojas
-Mace & Hatchet (10:12)- Giovanni TorresThese films were paired with some amazing beers from local brewers such as Cigar City Brewing (Tampa, pretty close), Wynwood Brewing Company and Subvert Ales:
WBC: Black IPA and a single malt/single hop
Cigar City: Maduro Brown Ale and Jai Alai IPA
Subvert Ales: Stout and Coffee Porter (and maybe an extra treat or two)

Also, a percentage of the proceeds will be donated to Life Is Art, a nonprofit organization who’s mission is to “promote and support the arts and community in south Florida through events and education”.
