The 50 pounds of pasta the average person in Italy eats annually pales in comparison to the 15 pounds eaten by Americans. However, in celebration of National Pasta Week (the second week of October), locals can get a fork up on the competition as Café Prima Pasta celebrates with a showcase of seven of their homemade pasta dishes for seven days for a promotional price of $7.
